Giveaway: Signed Paperbacks with Julie Rowe

I am very excited to have a little giveaway to help celebrate the release of Knightmaster!

Joining me is author Julie Rowe (she’s written some action-packed romantic suspense with viruses and outbreaks that I recommend!) Julie has just released the first book in a new paranormal urban fantasy series called Sinner’s Secret (Sinners Never Die #1) There’s a vampire hero…but it’s a little sci-fi as well, as these vampires were created by a virus.

Today, I’ll be giving away a signed copy of Knightmaster AND Julie is offering up a signed copy of Sinner’s secret to ONE lucky winner. Scroll down to enter.

Bazyli Breznik used to rule the world, but now the centuries old vampire is at the bottom of the food chain. He’s broke and drives a yellow cab in NYC. He sleeps in the trunk. He’s an alcoholic. His only friends are drunks. He’s a murderer and believes he’s the most evil creature on earth.

He’s wrong.

Baz is in hiding, like the rest of his kind. They aren’t like normal humans, they were changed more than five hundred years ago by a virus into a version of human who never grows old, heals fast, and requires fresh blood for nutrition. The vampires of myth and legend aren’t some kind of magical beings, they’re real people whose disease is both blessing and curse. And Baz was once the baddest of them all.

Baz is satisfied with living a marginal life on the edge of society as punishment for all the sins he committed centuries ago. Until he stumbles across a human trafficking ring operating in New York City. A waitress at one of the diners in his area is nearly kidnapped in front of him. He steps in only to discover that the waitress is really an undercover cop who is part of a sting operation. Baz ends up agreeing to be an informant so the cops will leave him alone. But the traffickers try to take the lady cop, Nika, again, and Baz becomes annoyed. She’s good people, and he’s always hated slavery.

When Nika is finally taken on try number three, he’s not content to look and listen anymore. He discovers that the criminals behind the ring aren’t just bad people, they’re the kind of bad he used to be. and they don’t care who they hurt, or finds out about them. He’s got to stop them, get Nika back, and manage not to kill too many people all at the same time.

He wasn’t cut out to be a good guy.

She was sent to forge an alliance with the deadly Oronis knights…and instead finds herself framed for abducting their queen.

Xenoanthropologist Kennedy Black loves exploring new cultures with Space Corps. Everyone in her life has left her, so she happily fills the void with exciting adventures. When she’s assigned to escort the new ambassador to the planet Oron for an opulent ball, she’s thrilled to get an up-close look at the Oronis knights, and their culture of honor and duty to their knightqueen. But she never expected her reaction to cool, controlled Knightmaster Ashtin Caydor, head of the Oronis Knightforce.

And she really didn’t expect a savage alien attack that leaves the knightqueen missing and Earth fingered as the culprit.

Knightmaster Ashtin Caydor lives to protect his planet, his people, and his knightqueen. He came from nothing, and the code of knighthood is the cornerstone of his being. When Knightqueen Carys is abducted by their mortal enemies, the ferocious Gek’Dragar, he’s icily enraged, especially when he finds evidence that Earth, and the far too enticing Sub-Captain Kennedy Black, are involved.

But Kennedy vows to clear Earth’s name by helping Ashtin and his knights find the queen. As she and Ashtin embark on a risky mission to a dangerous jungle planet, they’re forced to rely on each other, and their sizzling chemistry is soon undeniable. But love can’t be an option, not for a knight bound only to his duty and a woman whose heart already has too many scars.

  1. This was an excellent start to a new series with some old friends thrown in for good measure. Now bring on Kaden and Nea in the next installment

  2. Amanda Doninger

I know we are supposed to pick one but honestly either! The Knightmaster is yummy and Kennedy was badass! But Vampires are intriguing! Can’t go wrong with either. ❤️

  3. Gabi Brockelsby

Just finished Knightmaster. As always, such a fun and adventurous read. Love your books Anna Hackett! I have to go with the Oronis Knights.

  4. Have to say, it all depends on the character of said vampire ot space knight. That said, I’d take either one.

  5. Hmmm….. close decision but I would have to go with a Knight 😍. It I mean if he is busy a vampire is good too 🥰

  6. I loved Knightmaster and am super excited about future books for this series. Also, the combined giveaway is awesome. Not only is Julie Rowe a new author to me, but the book also sounds like an excellent read. Thanks for the awesome giveaway opportunity.

  7. Thanks for the chance to win–both books are excellent (as are their authors *warm smile*). Hmmm *taps chin and contemplates* Why limit oneself? I’d take BOTH the vampire and the space knight!

  8. Susan Wilkinson

I like the sound of both stories. I lean a little towards vampires, but it depends on how the stories expand to make a different type of hero fun to read about. Thank you.

  9. These both look great and can’t wait to read them. I read vampire books already so I’m going with Spaceknight, because you know, variety is the spice of life and I do like my life spicy;)
